Old Harry Tales in danger !

In the era we now appear to be in where great works by well known authors are altered by sensitivity readers to make them more acceptable to to the modern generation , I wonder what readers might select from the Old Harry series by that great writer J D Sleightholme for such treatment. I think...

After a few days in the windy Solent , Cherbourg and duty free beckoned . Off the Nab gale warnings came over the bbc, and increasing wind, the jib...

We have had the 19 inch version for. About 3 yrs, and it is really excellent . Good picture, has DVD drive. And uses remarkably little current at 12 v, about an amp or less. It's fixed by swivel bracket on a bulkhead . Malcolm

Has anyone sailed or owned a Mariner 95 buit by Jutahela Oy, Seinajoki in Finland

We have a Marina 75, just 25 feet, by Juta Hula. Photo attached. We have had her for 20yrs and is excellent for our west coast cruising . I think the 95 is a conventional yacht design compared with the deckhouse saloon of the 75. When I get home in a weeks time I will dig out a brochure which I...
