Re: Azimut 68s

I swa the 68S at Palma and thought it was stunning at first, then I thought all that dark wood was too much. I note the new 43S uses far less and is overall much brighter inside.

Re: Azimut 68s

yep only just noticed the 43s since PeteM's post, will have a look at this next show, looks a bit like a squashed 68 although at first glance I thought it was a flybridge, it doesn;t look sleek like most sports cruisers, clearly they are cramming in a lot with that beam. Does anyone know the list priced of the 43s?

Magnum,

How about something from Magnum Marine ( logical step). Otherwise Pershing 115 ( bit expensive) or the Baia Atlatica 78, good for 46 knots, rooster tail, large cockpit and could even get a 5 bedroom layout. Of course room for tender on massive bathing platform over anersons.

Yuk.....thats not a boat its a bloody fashion statement

Boats should be designed for their environment.

Kind of makes everything else look a bit pre-historic doesn't it?

Far from it....makes everything else look more sensible and desirable /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

It's well suited/sensible for the UK. Find me a boat that has more internal natural light.

I'll stick with my P35 a bit boring I know. But One, I can afford it.
Two It fit's in places I want to go.
Three. It's hull length is actually usable boat and not the modern method of small boat with hugh swim platform which accademically can be called 35 ft. It dwarfs an F37 and I do not need anything bigger, a couple of Cummins 300's would be nice though!!
