Yeoman and Raymarine GPS

Does anyone have any experience of interfacing a Yeoman plotter with a Raymarine 300 GPS?

I have got the GPS talking to the plotter (bloody fantastic to behold) but cannot get the GPS to upload from the Yeoman. FAQ's on both Raymarine and Yeoman web sites do not seem to acknowledge each others products!!!

I know that now many people are using electronic charts this may seem a bit retro ..... but any ideas would be most welcome!

When you upload you have to tell the plotter to recieve waypoints from NMEA. Its done from a menu option. I upload from a Yeoman into a RL70C charplotter no problem at all.
