Good Afternoon All,
Sad,y I am having to sell my blelovie boat which has a Yanmar 1 GM10 engine. Over the years I have collected various spares - 'just in case' - including a new 1 GM10 cylinder head.
IIRC his cylinder head was notified on this site some years ago as being for sale on Ebay, listed as an 'engine manifold'! Anyway I did buy it for a great price, and yes it is new. My only concern with it is that the numbers and lettering on the casting are not sharp and clear, which makes me wonder if it ia a genuine head or a copy. I can't think that someone would make copies of this head to a limited market, and probably the fact that most owners would have had the replacement work carried out by a professional yard.
The head will be up for sale at some time soon, and I'd like to be clear on its manufacture. Everything else about it if 100%.
Has anyone on this Formu got any comments please? Thanks,
