Point of order. Is print moiré still allowed?

I’m not absolutely certain on this as the EW Cooke rules can be subject to considerable magnetic variation, (perhaps Kukri can elaborate) but I think at some point in the past the Dufaycolour Resau was considered acceptable therefore the print moire pattern may be considered similar?
