Winner Viscount 21

I have just purshased a Viscount Winner 21 minus the engine, does anyone know anything about the boats? I am looking to put an inboard diesel engine in it on an outdrive and need to know what sort of hp engine I should be looking for and what speeds I can expect. Any information would be greatly welcomed!

The Winner Viscount is a very solidly built boat. I am afraid I don't have the spec. on it but I have the spec. on the Winner 24 and the Winner Baronet (17' 6"). Certainly Mike Bellamy of Lancing Marine will be able to guide you on which deisel would suit as he will be familiar with the craft. As regards speeds, they were a very fast boat.
