He won't have overstayed yet, but I doubt he will have really considered the future or knows the rules.

It would be wise for him to look them up then. With the EES rollout, staying under the Radar will be very hard.

He hadn't sailed before he bought Romaphin last year, but he has got that far on his own, so I am very impressed. He seems to have no fear having survived previous horrible accidents, With your experience l am sure he is willing to take on board any advice you have. Thank you. It's quite funny watching a few folks heading for cover whenever the joint Portuguese/Spanish customs boat appears

I was told by the customs bloke in Smir that they have just opened a new marina in Casablance. Tanger is very good but was quite full this year so he might struggle
