I need a new pair of wellies, I fancy yellow ones, I have a teak deck, so really they need to have natural soles, but certainly not black.

Much cheapness a bonus.

No more Javelin?

Google is your friend, it took me about 3 nanoseconds using the search "yellow sailing boots".

Good luck on your search. I last wore yellow wellies about 30 years ago now prefer my Musto HPX sea boots, much, much warmer.

Best and certainly the cheapest and good quality boots etc will be found at a chandler that supplies fishing boats crew. ask around when next near a fish quay there's usually one around

Fishermen who spend long hours on their feet on a rolling creelboat in February in Scotland seem happy enough with yellow wellies...
I'm yet to be convinced that the posh sailing boots are of any actual benefit.

I know several of them, and am pretty sure they don't have teak decks and a requirement for natural soles :encouragement:

Perhaps it's my age, but I've got fed up with freezing cold feet, had enough of that in my climbing and early sailing days. I can also recommend goat hair socks far warmer than sheeps wool.

I wasn;t expecting a discussion about goaty hair socks, buts its no bad thing.

Aksherly, if you want cheap, all yellow, full height yellow wellies with a natural sole, in size 47, it seems difficult to find.

What ever happened to Javelin?

Fishermen's supply shops generally seem to have them. I'll make a wild guess that neither the place in Peel nor the place in Mallaig is terribly handy to you.

They all have black soles. No good on my teak deck.

I have found the Portwest FW84 in white. I think I can carry off white boots while mincing about Cowes.

So you mince around Cowes and then stomp land grit into your teak deck then! With white ones you could well be mistaken for a medical personage. :D
