...Curiously I can't see the picture of the horse in your post itself, but it was revealed to me when I quoted your post.
The immortal spirits of Iceni druidical shamans never sleep, and you must have passed the spiritual vetting process, for the image is hidden to heathen outsiders and traitorous Roman collaborators, bereft of my warrior queen Boudica's blessing (such as those dirty, knuckle-dragging Brigantes).

Our island is an archeologist's paradise and we are the custodians of priceless irreplacable history, which in my case at least, runs in the blood.
You are quite right that our ancient tribal history involved 'grubbing around in the dirt' as you put it, (a better description might be expertly foraging our fertile foreshores..) and my granny, great-granny and 100's if not 1000's of ancestors spent their days on the marshes of what we now call Norfolk.
Think what other undiscoverd treasure lie below our feet.

Well there was that treasure haul that sank in to the Wash in 1216 . Maybe

I have a ‘ lucky’ storm jib that has survived 4 boats in my care and no truly bad storms -long may it last?
