... It's bad enough looking at naked men bending over on neighbouring anchored boats whose names I don't know...
Just checking Samantha, is it the men or the boats whose names you dont know

I'd hate to lower the tone so will leave speculation to reason why binoculars may be required, is that short or long sighted? No matter, ahem nudists be free but please not bending over on ones boat next to me or looking in my direction whilst having a naked pee :ambivalence:
Nostro I love your question posts....but this has to be the best :encouragement:
I would enquire about long term berthing.
I was once told that if anchored in the med and you wanted seclusion, when another yacht came in to the anchorage strip off and wave furiously from the bow.
The yacht would then leave, leaving you in peace to enjoy the anchorage all to yourselves.
However on no account do this to a French flagged yacht as they would raft up and want to stay!
How true this is I do not know, just passing it on.....
Lash down my tillerI just wrote a blog on naked sailing and whilst doing so I came across a marina in Croatia which was a nudist marina.
If you went into the marina there not knowing that clothes are not really optional what would you do?
As you know.. all you need is a cup.
Germans are the worst. If it is flagged German then you know they will be naked.
Too often him with apron belly and her with t*** like spaniels ears![]()
I'm sure they'd tell you their names if you askedIt's bad enough looking at naked men bending over on neighbouring anchored boats whose names I don't know...
About 40 years ago, just near Cap d'Agde we saw a harbour wall not on the chart. It was called Port Ambonne, shallow but ok for a Centaur we had then and quite a nice little place (now vast and notorious). Not much choice really as we would have looked ridiculous being the only ones in the supermarket wearing clothes. Queueing at the checkout was quite interesting.
