What class is this dinghy?

It's been a while, but I feel the need to tap the wealth of knowledge represented in the PBO forum.

What class of dinghy is this - anyone know? I use the term 'class' reservedly. She's similar in some ways to an Optimist, but has a rounded stem: about 9 foot, with a daggerboard, and what appears to be a stylised 'TD' on the sail.

Might she be an older version of a Dyer Dhow or Dink?
