There has been a mixture of forecasts for this holiday weekend ranging from a depression centred over the SW Peninsula on Saturday to a ridge of high pressure developing over the same area on that day!
I have found the daily forecast published at www.destination-cornwall.co.uk to have been one of the most reliable for this part of the world this year, and while I realise that the majority of forumites are not privileged to live in the Duchy they might find the day by day for 6 days views of the ECMWF charts useful. They are easier to find than on the ECMWF's own site.
His forecasts for the Bank Holiday and for much of next week? Getting better day by day after today's downpour (which he forecast as far back as last Sunday) until at least Thursday.
