Water Festival TODAY and TOMORROW

anyone passing down the M5 nr Worcester today or Tomorrow ????

Upton upon Severn Water Festival is on - they have an excellent Firework, Laser and "dancing water display at 10pm tonight.

Just got back from the best Fireworks and Laser display we have ever seen it was brilliant.

We took the dinghy down and launched between the boats, there must have been 50 or 60 boats moored up.

The was a big band playing then a rock band and then the fireworks - we moored alongside a 20 ft Norman. The couple on board got out crisps and nibbles and with a couple of beers we had a great time.

Dinghy is still outside on the roof of the car, better go bring it in...... then a cuppa tea and bed ...... mmmmm lovely jubly.....

Virtually drove past Upton on Saturday and Sunday. Shame I didn't know earlier. If you decide on a Severn launch, let me know and I'll come along to help/watch/take the piss!
