Victron MPPT fault

Our Victron 100/30 MPPT has developed a fault. The sun goes down but the solar voltage value doesn't. Pitch black and we still have 26v on the solar voltage value. Unplug the PV wires from the MPPT and I still have 26v showing on the Bluetooth. Victron display. Something definitely wrong. This is the third Victron device I have had fail.
I use the MPPT to switch my anchor light on so its a pain. I have adjusted the on at night voltage to 26v but I wonder how longer the controller will last. Any thoughts from the electronic experts?

I haven't yet setup my Smart Solar but, from using the app with my Smart Shunt, isn't there an option in the menus somewhere to do a full reset?

I had an issue earlier in the year with the Bluetooth failing completely on one of mine - I got good advice and help on the Victron Community Forum and, of course, on YBW

Are you sure it's the mppt unit and not the software you're using to view it?

I have a 75/15 and it's doing the same, currently trying to get it rma'ed as its also leaking silica too.
