I have been impressed with the Victron After Sales Support.
Arrived onboard on Tuesday to find that the SmartShunt was not broadcasting on Bluetooth, the unit was purchased in August 2022, and contacted my supplier.
An email by return asking for the serial number and what the problem was. A day later an email asking me to return the old unit and my address for a new unit to be dispatched.
