Good News!

I have e-mailed Tina.

Just some things to sort for the day.

Al - What timings do you suggest?

All
We need to cater for ourselves.
There is kitchen facilities at the club but we need to bring the makings of what we want.

We also need to leave a donation for use of the club house.

Have you all replied to Tina's e-mail?

What do we want to do about lunch?

Do you want a pub meal after the course?

I will bring coffee, tea, milk and sugar.

Just about to reply to Tina
Likewise, thanks for sorting the drinks for the day
My suggestion would be nibbles for anticipated break, then el cheapo pub grub after the course so we all get a chance for a chat.
Any takers ?
Clive, how much is an el cheapo pub grub likely to be in expensive Cambs. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

Post code CB5 9HZ is for the Bridge Hotel just up the road.

The hotel is a Chef & Brewer and is not bad for price.
If it is nice waether there is a riverside terrace to sit on.
