How do I reclaim VAT on work done on a boat in Greece? The boat has a Limited Transit Log and is currently out of the water (out of use) having the work done.

Only if Greece has a scheme that allows you to do that. In the UK (and it was the same when we were in the EU) it can only be done through an HMRC approved scheme operated typically by the boatyard. The boat is effectively in bond while the work is carried out. Suggest you speak to customs where your boat is located.
