Yes, and given the "house" is rather small (Wendy house?), unless the yacht is particularly big, perhaps it is there to prevent surging around that anchor?Is it just me, or does that schooner seem to be anchored, rather than towing?
I estimate the length of the house as a quarter of that of the yacht, so that would be ~30 feet. So maybe a bit generous for a Wendy house or shed...The boat is 116 tons so quite big. Elsewhere it says 126ft long.
