Certainly is. My mate and I decided that if we were going to keep on working on our boats we needed somewhere dry. We found a derelict barn that the owners were happy for us to demolish and replace with a modern prefabricated farm building on a new concrete base which we laid ourselves and then erected the building. Well worth the effort!
