The attached photo is the "nut" at the top of my rudder shaft. Anyone know what the tool for this is called?

Have made one out of a bit of steel rod with a plate welded on top for a bit of bracing, but I suspect it will bend if I let the gorilla use it.
try putting two close fitting bolts into the holes in the nut and turning with a large screwdriver as a lever between them.
Unfortunately the rudder shaft gets in the way!
I think the one I made will do the job, we have got the rudder jacked up, and it's just that last 1/4 turn that needs a tool.
