You should find similar if not identical on most late 1980s Moody models, maybe later years as well but not sure. They mount with 2 x horizontal and 1 vertical bolt, very strong.
If you use them put an inert sleeve between them and the stanchion or they will soon be joined for ever. Even just a layer of duct tape does the job.
Where does the vertical bolt go?
I need to add a stanchion at each side near the chainplates, and through-deck bolting is not really an option.

On Sigmas and others too, I might have one somewhere. Never like them, if you got some clown using your lifelines to swing aboard they put too much strain on the deck. The vertical machine screw utilises one of the toe rails fixing holes, unless the base is fitted "off grid" it's not possible to drill &tap.
