Thru hull fitting

Why hope? If you looked at it you'd know and could order a replacement. If enough rusticle flakes have been created to block the outlet of the water separator then it's probably quite frilly.
The service engineer has been booked for as soon as it’s in the water

You're not seriously considering changing the skin fitting and keeping the valve are you?
No not at all...sorry if I gave that impression...after inspecting the fitting and valve, they are probably in good condition...but I think it’s best practice to change them all...I want to get Trudesign composite products...no more leaching or dezincing or whatever the correct term is...the problem is that the time is short and I need them to be in stock...tomorrow I will visit the distributor and practice my French

A frustrating day…back to comfort eating…I went to the Trudesign distributor this morning…but they only serve the trade and wouldn’t help me..I then went to the retail outlet but they don’t keep them in stock..they will order it…but that means I can’t physically look at the thing…it’s four separate parts that I have got to hope fit..I had my vernier calliper in my pocket because the outside diameter is crucial as I don’t want to drill a bigger hole…also I need them very soon. Bugger🤬

The silver valve body is nickel plated brass. The skin fitting could be brass or dzr, but French chandlers tend to stock brass much more than dzr and many stock only brass. So I’d expect it’s brass.
Must say I would just replace both with bronze.

The outside diameter is whatever the thread is and when I purchased one the thread was 1 1/2" BSP and any BSP fitting should fit it, not that it is recommended.
Tru Design.
According to my ZEUS 'book' the OD of 1.5" BSP is 1.882" or about 47.8mm. What is the size of the existing fitting ? or have I missed that is the other 80 plus posts !

Ok...the outside diameter of the existing thru hull is nearly 2 inches (a two inch hole in the boat)....the flexible water hose from the exhaust separator to the seacock is approximately 4.7 cm outside diameter and 4.2 cm inside diameter
The other problem is the Trudesign uses four pieces...and it’s not altogether clear which fits what...the thread diameters should help you assemble three parts...but the ‘guide’ piece is a mystery.
So I need four Trudesign parts to seamlessly go from a 4.2 inside diameter water pipe to a 4.7 cm hole in the hull.
Without the pieces in my hand to play with in a shop, I am struggling to conceptualise this

Ive seen it before...it’s very light on specification and I can’t find where they recommend mating which part with which other...and I need four parts in all for one installation
It gives all the sizes and threads so it should be easy to choose which you want then go and order. I can see you using the existing fittings which are probably/ are OK and sorting it out for winter or whenever you haul out next.

Can you assemble the four pieces I need from the information in that website?

What about skin fitting 90429 2" BSP
Ball Valve 90472 2" BSP
Can't see the hose tail fitting but in the kit there is one 2" BSP but they only do a 2" hose tail so you are not going to get a 42mm one

What 4 pieces you need 3 a skin fitting a valve and a hose tail and it looks like they don't do a 42mm hose tail.

Unless you can bodge it with a 2" to 42mm reducer from another company.

The fourth piece is the guard....to prevent damage by a lateral force (ie you trip over it)

I think the parts are available and will fit together...that’s why I need them in hand to play with...I can’t trust doing it virtually with such limited technical information
