If so, you should state it.

If not, your reasons for making the claim seem dubious.

my reasons are based on the very same evidence the individual in question used on that other thread we do not mention i.e new starter only post on this thread . take a look at the time line its my opinion and makes sense to me but you are of course free to make you own reasonable judgement
