Hi all this is my first post. I cant find an existing thread on the subject. We have a Hunter Legend with a 20 year old Yanmar SD 10 saildrive. There is about 20 or so degrees of backlash at the prop which seems a lot. The workshop manual only gives details of acceptable backlash at different points in the drive train and would require a full strip down to measure. Has anybody any idea what is an acceptable amount of backlash at the prop? Thanks
