take 2 Jacobs crackers

squirt Primula cheese spread on

apply slice of Kraft instant 'plastic cheese '

make into sandwich.

My parents sent over some Primula cream as you can't get it here (Any English type is horrendously Expensive if available), I was disappointed it was only 4 tubes as they lasted at most a couple of days.

An favourite of mine was to take a big mushroom, part cook it, fill the underside (upwards!) with the cheese and sprinkle either bacon bits or garlic on when done.

Really enjoyed reading this thread. We are planning this next year around June as part of an extended cruise to we don’t know where yet. We don’t have any night sailing yet but will use May and the beginning of June to try to get some under our belts.
