We love St Clair, but tend to stay at Pramosquier which is possibly even better at being sheltered from the typical winds. Was supposed to be there in May, but had to cancel. Now hoping to go end October.
Cavalière is an anchorage I know well! The funny thing I’ve always noticed is that as stunning as St Clair looks from the land, when you see it from the sea it’s a bit nondescript. But it’s a must see for all our guests and has one of our favorite restaurants

try and make a dummy booking. The flights all say SOLD OUT.

Some random flights appear and then vanish. One has just come back for the 4th July from London, but it was not there an hour ago and will probably do again. Yesterday the sam for the 1st and the 6th .

If you look at yours I am afraid it says SOLD OUT

They say the below - and no they have no connected me either and the flight shows as fine. I have already moved it several times due to other sold out flights ( where the seat map shows it is empty)

So further to this - just checked on easyjet website and you can now book seats on the flight I am booked on , yesterday it was saying sold out - so does this mean its actually going to fly? I hope so....but wont hold breath

Yes, I followed your posts Mike, you did really well to get back! We really need a break so live in hope.

Bad news 2am this morning though, eldest son JP had his daughter taken to hospital in Gozo and following a CT, was blue-lighted over to Malta for an urgent MRI, suspected subarachnoid haematoma on her brain, she's only 8. Had 4 (yes 4) MRI's so far today and they get results in the morning. Having worked in Med-Research almost all of my life and losing a son to cancer at 22, we're desperately worried and I fear the worse, this is one occasion I truly hope I am totally wrong! Lorraine's frantic as she can't get out there at the moment..... My heart bleeds for them.

That's beyond sad.
The sort of news that should make all the old farts among us understand how lucky we have been in the roulette of life.
All the very best for some positive results ASAP!

Thanks for best wishes, very much appreciated. I don't want to go on about all this as its so off-topic - apologies to OP.

So to conclude, mixed feelings at the moment: MRIs have confirmed its not an embolism, tumour or haemorrhage thank goodness but a build-up of fluid in her brain, which they are undertaking further tests to determine probable cause, so immediate risk to life is to some extent mitigated, They just need to establish what's causing the build-up and seizures. Thanks again.

No need to apologise. I’m sure everyone here wishes you and your family all the best and a speedy recovery.
