Yikes. Do you think perhaps faulty equipment, or an electrical spike?

Any weather geeks care to explain where a sudden, short lived pressure differential like that would come from?
 
Very localised, I am only 5 miles away, and my anemometer shows no record of it, although a similar general wind pattern. Could be a local vortex came through - its the right conditions for it with a strongly turbulent airstream. Would have been fun for the Hayling racing fleet if it had happened this morning!
