It's not the hull. It's not the shape. It's not the woodwork. It's not even the wash. It's the nut holding the steering wheel.
Ooh, I think you will find I am.
But my dad used to cart me round as navigator in Class IVa offshore racing in the late 60's early 70's. I just loved it when the fast catamarans like the Cougar came along. Total Wow. Jimmy Beard my hero.

Strange isn't ! , our biggest customer base is from ex Raggie's, they get very heated about wash whilst sailing, give it up and then go out ad buy one of those !
I n c o m i n g ......................
Not with that amount of wash. Ohhhh noooo!!!
I'd have thought the Levi designs should be here, certainly the Corsair, I reckon the Triana 25 and the Tantarella too.
Oh, did we have the Channel Islands 22?
You think that one is 'washy' , wait till you see this one hurtling up Solent water at 24 knots, even the Tugs slow down !
......did I say little ship.... wow, perhaps I just mean ship... whats the displacement of something like that?
Yep, I had one of those and Raggies used to wave at Me!
But then the wave I produced rocked em about all over the place![]()
