Not the most appealing building, but I presume that it's been bought for the land and that something new will be built there.

The world had gone mad. A mate of mine recently paid £92k for a single garage in Dartmouth.

Has anyone thought of making floating beach huts which could live on moorings in places like Teignmouth?
Not quite, but there's a floating playhouse or bird watching hide, not sure which, that is moored in Bow Creek near the Maltsters which gets towed around.

Well funny you should say that ; there is a sort of one already on local mooring ; its a square platform floated by drums, with a structure built upon it that resembles a Tropical Island shanty Shed, just needs the CocoNuts hanging from it ) its towed about locally in the Harbourand the owners (I suppose) have Children swimming, sunbathing etc from it ; it adds a sort of Holiday Atmosphere to Teignmouth ; ,yes I though of making one with a conealed sort of Tent or structure where I could kip down when feeling that way ; corr mooring fees cira £360 PA it would indeed be a restfull over nighter ;hum thanks for the ideas
