No cycling at all for me this week. However, have walked 4 x 8 miles Monday to Friday by walking to work each day rather than taking the tube and walked 12 miles today and can feel it's done some good. Looking forward to going for a bike ride next weekend though, the rear wheel is now spinning freely after replacing the one with a buggered bearing so will hopefully make things a little easier / faster

Walking only for me as well this week due to yet another flare up of sciatica. Going to start Body Balance and Pilates classes next week in the hope I can find some long term relief. At the moment I can't even sit on a bike.
