Probably about to be corrected again but it’s not enough for the boat to face 360 on the same spot, the boat needs to be able to move to the end of its scope too so that other boats won’t come down onto them when the wind turns.If you really want to stay pretty much in the one position, but be able to swing through 360°, to face into wind or tide, consider a Bahamian Moor.
