Starboat/Runnbat B31

In the course of my continuing search of brokers lists of yachts for sale I was recently shown over a 31ft Danish built B31 Mark 2 designed by Bruno Bostrum that initially looks a good buy. However I have found no published information about its sailing performance on and off the wind, its stability and general seakeeping qualities.
Are there any readers of this site who owns one of these boats, who could comment on their experience with it and how much I should have to pay for a good example. I have discovered from a Danish website that there were 3000 B31s produced. So there must be several in this country - aren't there!

I know there is one for sale at Gillingham but the one I saw was at Plymouth. Have you got one. If so could you tell me about its sailing characteristics

No I haven't got one, but am moored at GM so occassionally look at the brokerage lists. Just seemed strange it being relatively rare that their maybe 2 or more for sale.
Next time I am down I'll have a mooch about and see if I can find it. It's certainly on GMs website.
