Srinking Tonneau Cover

Hi what boat is it? Mine won't fit is some of the frame work for the full canopies are in place. I am sue some will be along with more advice.

Try putting the cover on in a different order, ie try to put the corners on first then work down the sides etc.

We have a few difficult ones but if we put the cover on in the right order their not to bad.

You need to get it really wet, overnight in a dustbin is a good idea. Then you need to work the cover onto all the press studs, one by one. These covers need to be tight to work correctly, keep trying it should go on.

I had one made and fitted to the existing turnlocks on the boat. It still wouldn't do up unless I did it in the right order. (the right order is the one that works)

Covers seem to go on better on hot days. Maybe follow the others advice and incorporate it over a couple of hot days, slowly working the studs/clips on. Once it goes on and back into shape you probably will get a good few seasons more use out of it, its not that old.
