No well this morning, and run out of coffee to boot.

Went to the RIN AGM yesterday with my mate Tony. Weird to be mixing with Phil the Greek, Seb Clover and the crew of 'The Ship'. Didn't really need to stop at our local on the way home and bless my dear wife who left out 2 large glasses of malt ('You'll be needing these boys') before going away for 3 days.

Any ideas for getting rid of this thumping headache?

I am feeling a bit the same, after drinking cheap red wine in an Indian restaurant, followed by night caps back in my hotel, as I am working away. Plenty of drinking water and fresh air is the only way for me.

Jimi will tell you to sleep for 14hours in a pilot berth, whilst your shipmates get wet and cold in the cockpit, then wake up when the boat is about 10ft from your home pontoon. I know - I was there.
