Sore foot

In the 3-Peaks race, Spirit of Barmouth lost their reverse gear. Coming into Caernarfon one of the runners got his foot crushed between the hull and the pier, and that was the end of his race.

The team has pulled out, and limped into Pwllheli yesterday.

Both. There was lots of limping going on.
