As a Spurs season ticket holder...I couln't resist a little peek..........I thought the Emails were great !.....What a shame that the Saints couldn't hold on for another couple of minutes....I was already to phone my gooner friends .......at least I had the "other" 4 - 1 result to cheer me up!

Well it was a great day for us on the Solent patch, Saints almost bringing the bacon home with a good performance at Arsenal, and what a great job Pompey did on stuffing Fergies bunch! Well done guys!
It was great timing, especially as one of MU's people were on the radio Friday night assuming they were going to shaft Pompey. serves the cocky buggers right!

As a Saints supporter, I'm not allowed to like Pompey, but have to admit, between gritted teeth, that they played a great game.

I was amazed by the Arsenal game. I went to the Colchester (Carling Cup game) at St Mary's on Wednesday evening and, although the Saints won, they were embarrassing - except for Dexter Blackstock. They looked like a different team on Saturday.
