Just a quick one , I have a small panel that charges my security camera on the boat 6Volt 3.2Watt, I have a spare panel the same, so can I double up the panels.

That's a brace of really quite tiny panels. What do you want to do with both of them joined together ? Are you familiar with joining panels or batteries in series and/or in parallel ? With low voltages, long cable runs between the panel and the machine or motor can absorb ("waste") a lot of energy. If you can give more info on the layout , it would be useful.

Are both panels 12 volt or 5 volt to match the security camera

Yes, if you wire them in parallel.

If you need extra current supply just connect the additional panel in parallel to the existing panel but you may need a regulator to prevent overcharging of the battery in the camera

6v ... 3.2W ..... so you are lucky if you get the 1/2A output ....
two panels parallel would only at max give 1A ....
The camera will charge up and will resist any further charge ... and at 1A max ???
As others say - parallel them and should be ok.

Yes you can ...... Wire them in parallel and your be fine.
