Woke up this morning to a dusting of snow. Nothing else to do so decided to check the boat. Forecast was foul so had no thoughts of going out.

However on arriving in Exmouth and having a few mince pies with some friends we decided that a trip to sea just to laze around and have a drink was a distinct possibility.

The further out we went the flatter it got and i got to thinkining that a dive was a good idea. Water was not too cold, the visibility was excellent and the two lobsters and a dozen or so scallops made it all very worthwhile!!
Will certainly make a very appetising change from cold turkey.

Thank goodness the boat's still in the water, a day not to be missed, and not another boat anywhere in sight!! Perfect.

Diving eh, you must have your own mini submarine then, or is the water really that warm in the Exe.

Oi you!....there are two problems with this:
1/ I'm below you as the fly crows...so how do I pop down?
2/ The Mail coach went through Liskeard at the normal time today! - I even had time to give Dobbin a carrot!
Methinks I aint gonner get no Lobster.....(stands in corner and sucks thumb)
Be carefull with this diving lark, a brass monkey went running through the village this morning calling for his Mama!!!
