SnapDragon deck fittings.

I have 2 loose stanchion bolts, the nuts of which are completely inaccessable. This is a bad bit of design in Snappies. Can anyone suggest any 'clever' fittings which may assist ?

Stanchion bolts are a nightmare, mine were broken off, (another one broke last week) and the nut end of the bolt is in a grp box. I bodged the first repair, but I may get the angle grinder onto the underside of the next one and remove the 'box'.
