Can anyone recommend an insurance company that covers skippers for liability insurance?

Which type of liability are you thinking of? October YM pp29 an article on insurance mentions that under English Law skippers cannot protect themselves by asking crewmembers to sign a waiver, because under English law, (Unfair Contract Terms Act) you 'cannot limit, restrict, or deny liability' in the case of death or personal injury.

In essence the whole article is well balanced and highlights much that we should know and don't know about the problems that insurance companies have. I, for one, would agree with all the comments made within it.
