What about a Dehler 35 CWS? I bought mine a couple of years ago. Fractional rig with non-overlapping jib, power primary winches, points like a tourist, nice light oak interior, mine has a shoal wing keel. Only real drawback as a cruising boat is the small fuel tank at 55 liters.

Quite a few 36 CWS on the market, an older design, with a single powered winch.
First time I have heard that applied to a boat. (y)

you might also consider a Rival 32 or 34 in the mix too. John Passmore (Old Man Sailing) has cruised his R32 extensively over the last few years (including through Covid) and written a couple of entertaining books on the subject too (being an ex Fleet Street journalist helps).

I've just started to read his book again and very entertained by his blog. A refreshing read.

There’s a Sigma 362 for sale in Falmouth within your budget. Saw her last week, nice boat. Also S&S 34 sounds like it might fit the bill, but much less room inside. Ahaaaa just saw this OP was from much earlier in the year…
