Is there a shortage of seasmart pouches in some areas ? Those eBay versions look useful to try - how much roughly?

Loads of sellers on Ebay with different sizes. Will post here when I find correct match but cost looks to be around £4 for a pack of 10 and toilet cleaner from £1 a litre to £3 for the Ecover.

Seasmart still don’t appear to be back in business - anyone have any further info? Was thinking of buying into the system….

I've seen them exhibiting at the S'ton boatshow in the past, so this years (non) attendance could be an indicator if they are gone for good or just were away for an extended med cruise

I've only replaced the bag once since Feb '22, we spend roughly 10 weekends plus 1-2 weeks per season on the boat.
As posted previously, I take out the battery when we leave and when we get back, before using the heads, I inject a load using the prime button.

I feel I might need to do a search on eBay -not my natural locale but needs must I guess -we have the ecover and syringe to fill bags but having extracted the shim from seasmart by post and got it working again this summer annoying if cannot fill. Maybe a utube vid exists on filling the replacement bags.

Sadly an outdated statement on their website ("back in May 2023") and last couple of years accounts showing almost quarter of a million of debt with little in tangible assets to cover, the owner celebrating his 75th next month, it may be time to throw in the towel?

A Jabsco inlet filter/strainer [or similar] fitted near inlet and filled with urinal tablets keeps my inlet piping 'sweet'.

Alernatively, fit a valve and T-piece connecting the sink drain to the bog inlet.
Close both those sea cocks, wash your hands with anti-bac and pump it through the loo.

I see he's sold the assets to Wessex Chemical Factors Ltd and manufacturing will resume.
