Salcombe A Class

I have recently bought a 26' Salcombe A Class long keeled sloop, built in 1932 by Morgan Giles of Teignmouth, she is a loverly boat and sails beautifully. I was hoping someone could give me some more information on the class and her designer, also any personal experiences from sailing this class.
