And if you catch too many they make a great bait on a ledger rig for all sorts of bigger fish. Had many a drunken evenings entertainment at anchor with a couple of rods over the side. I did not go mad in my 40 minutes. One of those professional bait diggers would have probably taken 5 minutes. They dig several kilos and sell to make a living. I have seen those boys out digging on the Orwell on Christmas day.40 minutes
