You can only use rubber pipe (specialist exhaust hose) after the elbow where water is introduced, as far as I am aware. The water cools...

That flange looks like steel, so it looks possible to re use and just get a bend welded on. Just make sure the smaller pipe (water?)...

Problem with the one I had the flange was also rotten aluminium. I used it as a pattern and cut one with a mini grinder in mild steel...

I had an aluminium one go on a perkins,at the time I was unable to find a replacement so I made one out of mild steel and a standard...
