The VP sail drive prop at the front (the end facing the leg anode) has an aluminium disc insert, very much like an anode. On my one it has almost been eaten away.
Does anybody know of a company that,
1 sells them
Or
2 repairs them

There is no replaceable item on a standard Volvo fixed blade prop apart from the bush that isolates the splines from the prop casting. This is in theory replaceable although in practice rarely possible because the casting often cracks when pressing the new one in.

I think what you are referring to is the protruding lip in the casting that on a standard setup fills the gap around the disc line cutter. This serves no other purpose and often corrodes. as the link shows it can actually be removed when a Stripper is fitted, but if the stripper is not fitted it leaves a gap between the propeller and the drive housing.

A photo of your propeller would help as my assumption may be wrong, but I have never seen a fixed prop such as you describe.

OK Then most have anodes, If it is a Volvo badged one there are segment anodes on the hub. You need to identify the make of propeller. Volvo anodes are widely available but some other lesser known makes may only be available from the manufacturer or their distributor.
