Running costs

I wonder if anybody on this forum knows the average yearly running costs of a hawk 34 (sunseeker) – say 1000 hours a year - from what I heard its more than the other makes, its just such a pretty boat.

How long is a piece of string??????

do you mean a 1000 hours a year

thats every weekend- 52 * 2 = 104 day and that equals 9.61 hours a day!!!

or during the summer months

18 weekends * 2 days = 27 hours a day motoring!

Think prob about a third of that would about right for normal type fun boater
So lets say 350 hours.
Marina berth 4000
insurance 1000
fuel @ 15gph. X 1.7 quid per gal = 9000 pounds ?
Depreciation ??????
Cost of any loan ??????
fund for maintaince/servicing each year
lift in/out antifoul etc. 2500(plus if legs reboot every 3rd year).

I'm about average, well nearly, at 100 hours a year.
Berth £3000 plus
Service and repairs..??? £2500
Fuel....@??27p ltr £1000????

Mind. I do do above adverage milage in that most usage is at full bore!!
