David Hi! Chlorinated rubber paint has many uses in many industries and is not only used by the marine industry. Whilst International are a great make they are not the most economic so shop around I last used a popular brand which was a lot cheaper than International and was used for the interior of a large concrete swimming pool. best of luck Rob
