Thats what I thought---a bag/mask with O2 if available and without O2 if not. I did a few MN courses in the 70s and mouth to mouth was part of it but as of the mid 80s it certainly was frowned upon. These days it is expressly forbidden in any kind of professional circumstaces and I would have thought the same in the voluntary sector.The RNLI don't. We use a bag/valve/mask, with oxygen.
