Anyone know of a good upholstery maker on the East coast ?
Have just bought a 20yr old boat and plan to renew all the upholstery this winter.
I am based in Ipswich, Suffolk.
Thanks

I will second Simon's reply. Jeckells! , excellent work, not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Thanks for the recomendation. Was going to use Jeckells anyway, but hoping of for a quote from someone else to compare prices. Have been recommended the foam shop in Kesgrave. Is boat upholstery is made to any particular standard ? Apart from the obvious (mould resistant, hard wearing, fire retardant) what else should I be looking for ?

We highly recommend SB Upholsterers in Tollesbury. They recently did a complete refurb of our saloon seating plus all the cockpit and flybridge seats and they were excellent.

Speak to Emma and tell her that Steve and Tracey recommended them. If you're in Burnham anytime and want to come and have a look at their work, you're very welcome on board.
